Difference between Mesh and Non-Stick Solid Sheets

	Mesh Sheets come standard will all Good4U Dehydrators, one per tray. These sheets are perforated (1/16" x 1/8") to allow the air to flow from the top as well as the bottom for faster drying times. Poly sheets are used for dehydrating, all fruits, vegetables, jerky, crafts etc. 98% of all your dehydrating will be done on the poly sheets.
	Non-Stick Solid Sheets come optional. The Solid Non-Stick Sheets fit over the top of the Poly Sheets seen above. These sheets are used for fruit roll-ups, fruit leather, breads, crackers, granola etc. Actually they would be used for any thing that would pass through the small opens (1/16" x 1/8") on the Poly Sheets.
