Please Read: Once you, the customer, has submitted the warranty or registration card to the manufacturer on the product that you have purchased from 2 Life Health Products, your return(s) will not be accepted. Do not call or submit the return form below, if the warranty has been submitted to the manufacture.
Please understand all manufacturer warranties are non-transferable to another customer. If you send a product back to 2 Life Health Products and the warranty information has been submitted to the manufacturer and you do not let 2 Life Health Products know of this, a 50% restocking fee will be charged on all returned item(s). We do check with all manufacturers on warranty information.
- We have worked very hard to provide you with a great deal of information about each of the products that are displayed on the 2 Life Health Products Web site. We will be more than glad to answer, to the best of our ability, any question that you might have about the products on this web site. However, ultimately the decision as to which product you buy is yours.
- All the products we sell are deeply discounted. To provide you, the customer, with the best possible prices we must operate on a low profit margin and keep our costs down. Therefore, we have developed the following service and return policies.
- All merchandise comes with its original factory warranty, should you have problems with a product, you should contact the manufacturer for assistance. All warranties are between you and the manufacturer. We make no express or implied warranties. The manufacturer is responsible for fixing any defects during the warranty period. Upon receipt of your product, please be sure to immediately review the warranty paperwork included with the product. Once the product has been used, the manufacturer warranty applies. It is your responsibility to fill out and send in the registration/warranty card immediately upon receipt of the item(s), which you've purchased. Doing this will help you and the manufacturer expedite any future problems that may arise. You the customer must report any damage or defective products within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s).
- It will be the customer's responsibility to contact 2 Life Health Product within 48 hours, from the time they receive a product, of any damages caused during the shipping process. After the first 48 hours, all cost will be at buyer expense. The 18% restocking fee will not apply to products that are damaged during shipping.
- Once any order has been shipped, that sale(s) is considered finalized and the price(s) can not be changed.
- If any customer does not accept or if that customer refuses a package(s) upon delivery, and that package(s) is returned to 2 Life Health Products, a 18% restock fee plus a return shipping fee will be will be deducted from their original credit card charges.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused upon receipt.
- Customers who refuse delivery of any order purchased online or by phone will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Returns are accepted within 25 days from date of purchase. Returned items are subject to a 18% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns must have a RMA number.
After the 25 days from date of purchase no returns will be accepted.
- If you have purchased one of the following items: FreshLife Sprouter, EasyGreen Sprouter, Good4U Dehydrators, Tribest Personal Blenders, Yolife, Sproutman Wheatgrass Grower, Asian Mandoline or the Spiral Slicer, and any food products have come in contact with these items, NO RMA will be given for it's return. If you send one of these products back to 2 Life Health Products and we find that it has been used a 50% restocking fee will be charged on that item(s).
- If the item that you wish to return is $200 or less with free shipping, the cost of the orginal shipping will also be deducted, in addition to the 18% restocking fee.
- Please make sure when returning any product back to 2 Life Health Products, that all items are placed back in the original box as when you first opened it. Make sure that parts (plastic or metal) are not rubbing on each other. If damage occurs because items were improperly repackaged, the customer will be held responsible.
- If you have purchased Omega 8005/8006 Juicers and the chrome housing has been scratched or marred while in your possesion, we can not eccept these juicers back for a refund even if it is within the 25 day return period. All Omega Juicers are free from scratches and damage when first shipped out to you the customer.
- Because of the cycle counter on all Blendtec HP3A & Commercial (EZ/Smoother) Blenders, we can not accept any blender back for return if they have over 10 cycles on the display.
- If you have ordered a Pure Water Mini Classic II or a Blendtec HP3A Blender with a Free Item such as a Tribest Personal Blender 300, Sproutman Wheatgrass Grower, Freshlife Sprouter or Deluxe Showerwise. Please note we will deduct full price on each of these items (Tribest Personal Blender 300, Sproutman Wheatgrass Grower, Freshlife Sprouter or Deluxe Showerwise) from the orginal cost of the Blendtec HP3A Blender. We will not take back any free item with current blender offer. Restocking fee and cycle count still applies to all blender returns.
- Oversea's/Canadian Orders - All Green Power Products, the warranty parts are at no charge, but all shipping charges will be payed by the customer. All other products sold oversea's or into Canada you must contact the manufacturer directly for replacement parts.
- For all products that are being returned from outside the United States, 2 Life Health Products will not be responsible for taxes, duties or other charges that may occur when going through US Customs.
- Parts, books, videos, wheat grass growing kits, opened nutritional products (AIM and Western Botanicals) cannot be returned for a refund.
- If 2 Life Health Products, asks you to insure any item(s) being returned for credit or refund, please make sure that you insure those item(s) for the exact amount requested. If you fail to do so, and the item(s) gets damaged during return shipping, you will be responsible for any and all damages that may occur to that item(s).
- All refunds will appear on your credit card within 1 billing cycle from the time the item(s) is received by our returns department.
- To save yourself any restocking fee you might think about selling your item(s) on E Bay.
